Disclosure
We may disclose your information under the following circumstances:
- within our organization, including to our affiliates.
- to service providers, including our subcontractors, or agents or other services to us in order to provide a better service and user experience.
- to our vendors and other parties for analytics and advertising related purposes. These parties may act as our service providers, or in certain contexts, independently decide how to process your information. We may work with agencies, ad networks, technology providers, and other third parties to place ads about our products and services on other websites and services. For example, we may place ads though Google that you may view on Google’s platforms as well as on other websites and services. As part of this process, we incorporate tracking technologies into our own Service as well as into our ads displayed on other websites and services. Some of these tracking technologies may track your activities over time and across non-affiliated services or obtain or infer information about you for purposes of showing you relevant advertising based on your preferences and interests (“targeted advertising”). Targeted advertising often involves us incorporating third party tracking technologies into our Service or disclosing (often hashed) identifiers, such as email addresses or Ad IDs, with third parties. These third parties then match our data with their own (or their partners’ data) to deliver ads to you or similar audiences. For example, we may incorporate the Meta and LinkedIn pixels on our website to serve ads to relevant audiences based on the data we provide.
We also may use audience modeling services, where we and a partner each disclose (often hashed) identifiers to a technology provider. The technology provider then matches common factors between our and the partner’s data to help us understand audience overlap and improve campaign performance.
- to our third-party business partners and/or with other third parties for the purposes as stated in this Privacy Policy or for other purposes disclosed to you.
- as required by, or to comply with, applicable law, regulation, court process or other statutory requirement or to enforce our legal rights or agreements with you or others.

- if we or any of our affiliates are involved in a transaction or merger, division, liquidation, acquisition or sale of assets or business, your information may be disclosed in connection with the transaction.
- for other purposes stated in this Privacy Policy with notice to you and your consent.
- where you direct us to disclose the information.
We may also disclose publicly available information (as that term is defined by applicable law) or information that does not identify you (including information that has been aggregated or de-identified as those terms are defined by applicable law) to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Third Parties
Our Service and Website may link or be incorporated with websites and online services controlled by third parties. In addition, we may integrate technologies into the Service and Website, including those described in the Cookies Policy, that are controlled by third parties.
